You may change your mind within 14 days of purchase and return the product, if the product has not been used and is in resalable condition. Please contact email@example.com and we will issue a return slip for you. Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage. Upon receipt of the product you will be refunded the full price of the product (including postage), within a few business days.
All our bags come with a 5 year warranty, except for damage to zippers after 1 year which can result from over loading, accidents and general wear and tear. If you have damaged zippers, please do get in touch and we can discuss potential solutions for you to continue using the bag. In general, please treat the zippers carefully in your daily use to prolong the life of the bag.
Warranty does not cover due to abuse or accidents that have caused damage.
To claim warranty, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, attaching photos as evidence and we will be happy to help out.
