lightest minipump with a digital PSI gauge

At just 108 grams and with external dimensions of 71 x 45 x 32 mm, it is lighter and more compact than two single use CO2 canisters. What's more, it is reusable, easy to travel with and goes perfectly with the Craft Cadence cycling wallet.

No more guesswork

Starting a ride but want to know your PSI before setting off? Feel as though you have a slow puncture but not sure? Always have certainty with built-in PSI detection.

Set, inflate and ride on

Get back on your bike within seconds. Simply set your desired PSI, and the device will inflate to the target PSI and stop automatically.

No more faffing in the dark

Roadside punctures at night can be a struggle. Not anymore. With the included LED light, the added visibility will ensure you are back quickly on the road.

We have listened to the needs of cyclists and improved upon the typical inflators on the market.

when does it makes sense to go electric

We are definitely not against the humble minipump, the track pump and CO2 inflators with canisters. All have their merits.

We just think that the electric mini pump has advantages in many use cases, and for certain cyclists, for example:

  • Travellers who need to keep things light and compact. Replaces track pump and CO2 canisters which can't be taken on planes.
  • Tubeless users - CO2 canisters can damage the sealant causing an expensive and troublesome repair.
  • Cyclists who prioritise speed - use of e-pumps will be faster and less labour intensive than mini pumps.
  • Cyclists with reduced hand capacities.

We provide the options. You decide what works best for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

This will depend on the required PSI and the tyre width, amongst other factors. In our testing, the device can inflate on a single charge:

Road bike

- 4 tyres from 0-65 PSI (28mm tyre)

- 3 tyres from 0-80 PSI (28mm tyre)

- 2 tyres from 0-100+ PSI (28mm tyre)

Gravel

- 3 tyres from 0-50 PSI (45mm tyre)

MTB

- 3 tyres from 0-30 PSI (29x2.6" tyre)

This will depend on the size of your tyre, the width of your tyre and your desired pressure.

For reference, for a 700c road bike tyre at 28mm width, you are looking at around 1 second per PSI.  So to reach a standard PSI of 65, it will take around one minute.

This device can inflate to a maximum 120 PSI on a road bike wheel at 25-28mm wide.

Yes, most definitely. In fact, using an e-pump can be an advantage over CO2 canisters. Firstly, it will not damage the sealant inside like CO2 can. Secondly, it pumps steadily compared to CO2 which means it will not push out any inserted bacon strips out like CO2 can. Thirdly, it does not damage the valve head whereas CO2 can sometimes freeze the valve head causing it to break off.

Yes, it can.

Yes it can.  However, due to the width of MTB tyres, it will take longer to reach the same level of PSI compared to road bike tyres.

To reach 0-30 PSI on a standard 29x2.6" tyre, it will take around one minute.

You can expect to inflate three standard 29x2.6" tyres from 0-30 PSI on a single charge.

It is true that some electric mini pumps may not work well with TPU inner tubes, where there is resin material connecting the valve.  However, with ours this issue can be resolved by the use of an extension hose which will come with the pump itself.  If the TPU inner tube comes with an entire metal valve, this is not an issue at all and the pump can be applied directly.

We would recommend storing the e-pump in a waterproof wallet or bag. We have many options for that in our shop. The device has vents to allow air to be extracted and released.

It is true that the device will heat up when it inflates.  In our testing - a silicone cover is not necessary in most cases.  The device will get hot if it is inflating past 100 PSI on a road bike tyre.  If you are inflating to 65-80 PSI, you should not have any problems with overheating.    If you do need to inflate for long periods, we recommend using the extension hose as that way you do not need to hold the device while it is charging.  The device will automatically stop when it reaches the preset pressure.  To be cautious you may disconnect the hose from the valve and let the device cool back down.

The device has an auto-off feature which turns off the device if it is not in operation after three minutes. So if the device is charged to the full and it's turned off or auto-off due to inactivity, it can retain close to a full charge for up to 6 months.

Yes, the e-pump can fit snugly in our wallets, both in the Classic and XL sizes. The XL provides for additional space due to its extra thickness.

Our e-pump can also be used for motorcycles, it works the same way as for bicycle tyres.  You can expect to inflate one standard mortocycle tyre from 0-40 PSI on a single charge.

Yes, we support BAR measurements. On the device, simply double press the decrease pressure button and it will switch from PSI to BAR.
